These terms govern the use of the website outdoormixwinterfestival.com, published by Backevent (see the legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept them.

Access to the website

The website is free to access. Backevent strives to keep it available but may suspend access, in particular for maintenance, without incurring any liability.

Published information

The information on the website (programme, times, artists, riders, prices) is given for guidance only. It may change, in particular due to the weather, snow conditions, safety constraints or changes to the line-up. On the day, only the information given on site by the organisers is authoritative.

Tickets

The website presents the festival passes. Purchases are made on the Serre Chevalier booking centre, under its own terms and conditions of sale. Backevent is not involved in the transaction: for payment, refunds or receiving your tickets, contact the booking centre directly.

Intellectual property

The website content is protected. Reproducing or reusing it without prior written permission is prohibited. See the legal notice.

Links

The website contains links to third-party websites whose content Backevent does not control. You may link to our website without prior permission, provided you do not suggest a partnership that does not exist and do not harm the festival’s image.

Contact form

The contact form must be used in good faith. Any unlawful, abusive or unsolicited commercial message may be ignored.
