What data we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
The data collected on outdoormixwinterfestival.com is processed by Backevent, SARL, 55 chemin les Manas, 26400 Soyans, France. For any question: contact@outdoormixwinterfestival.com.
Data collected
- Contact form: your name, your email address, the subject and the content of your message.
- “Sign up for updates” registration: your last name, first name, email address, town of residence and the pass you are interested in, collected with your consent on a Notion form.
- Audience measurement (if you accept it): pages viewed, visit duration, device type and origin, via Google Analytics.
- Advertising (if you accept it): pages viewed and actions on the website, via the Meta pixel, to measure our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Technical data: connection logs kept by our host for website security.
We do not collect any payment data: passes are sold by the Serre Chevalier booking centre (see Tickets).

Recipients
Your data is intended for the Backevent team. It may be processed by our service providers, solely for the purposes of the service:
- o2switch, website hosting (France);
- Google Ireland Ltd, audience measurement and fonts;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, advertising campaign measurement;
- Notion Labs, Inc., sign-up form tool;
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, display of the venue map (your IP address is sent to load the map).
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Google, Meta and Notion may transfer some data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU – US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Tickets
When you buy a pass, you are redirected to the Serre Chevalier booking centre. The data you enter there is processed by Serre Chevalier, under its own responsibility and according to its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding what happens to it after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@outdoormixwinterfestival.com or to Backevent, 55 chemin les Manas, 26400 Soyans, France. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the website administration, regular updates.
